Werden Sie Mitarbeiter/in in der Heiztechnik Erlebniswelt von Hargassner. Die Zukunft des Heizens steht ganz eindeutig im Zeichen der CO²-neutralen Biomasse. Wir entwickeln Heiztechnologie für Hackgut und Pellets mit dem Ziel:

- umweltfreundlichstes Heizen

- mit höchstem Bedienkomfort

- niedrigsten Heizkosten.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir 1 Mitarbeiter/in Montage Du arbeitest gerne praktisch, packst mit an und interessierst dich für Technik? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! In unserer Produktion montierst du gemeinsam mit einem Team hochwertige Biomasse-Heizkessel. Dabei begleitest du den Kessel entlang der Montagelinie vom ersten Montageschritt bis zum fertigen Produkt und übernimmst abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten während des gesamten Montageprozesses. Auch Vormontagetätigkeiten gehören zu deinem Aufgabenbereich und sorgen dafür, dass die einzelnen Baugruppen optimal für die weitere Montage vorbereitet sind.

Mit deinem handwerklichen Geschick und deinem Qualitätsbewusstsein leistest du bei uns als #Heizhero einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Herstellung unserer hochwertigen Heizsysteme.

* Berufserfahrung in der Montage, idealerweise an einer getakteten Montagelinie

* Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

* Körperliche Fitness sowie Bereitschaft zum regelmäßigen Heben von Bauteilen bis ca. 25 kg

* Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit sowie Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Leistung von Überstunden

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen oder handwerklichen Bereich von Vorteil (z. B. Metalltechnik, Maschinenbau, Schlosserei, Mechanik)

Der für die angeführte Position aufgrund gesetzlicher Bestimmungen verpflichtend anzugebende kollektivvertragliche Mindestlohn beträgt bei einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung € 2.571,94 brutto pro Monat basierend auf 14 Löhne jährlich. Dieser Betrag ist wenig aussagekräftig - je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung erfolgt eine entsprechende Anpassung, ergänzt durch attraktive Sozialleistungen und zahlreiche Mitarbeiter/innen-Benefits.
