Eintrittsdatum: ab sofort

Beschäftigungsausmaß: Vollzeit

Nach Ihrer Einschulung sind Sie zusammen mit Ihren Kolleg:innen für die Bedienung unserer Produktionsmaschinen zuständig und erledigen selbständig Fertigungsaufträge.

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:

* Verpackung unserer Produkte in der vorgegebenen Qualität und Zeit

* Vermeidung von Maschinenstillstandszeiten

* Einhaltung der betrieblichen Sicherheits- und Hygienevorschriften

* Einbringung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Belastbarkeit & Stressresistenz

* Bereitschaft im 3-Schichtmodell zu arbeiten

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Gutes Zeitmanagement

* Hohes Hygienebewusstsein

* EDV Grundkenntnisse

Der Brutto-Monatslohn bei Eintritt beträgt € 2.140,00. Dazu kommen je nach Einsatz anfallende Zulagen- und Zuschläge sowie ein leistungsbezogenes Bonussystem. Auch gute Ideen werden belohnt! Alle Ihre Verbesserungsvorschläge für unseren Betrieb werden geprüft. Im Falle der Umsetzung erhalten Sie als Dankeschön eine attraktive Prämie.
