Möbel Ludwig ist eines der führenden Unternehmen in der österreichischen Einrichtungsbranche. Zur Verstärkung unseres Kundenservices suchen wir für unsere Zentrale in Wien 22 einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich (m/w/d) 1 Mitarbeiter Kundendienst (m/w/d) Es handelt sich dabei um eine Stelle auf Vollzeitbasis mit Präsenz vor Ort (keine Homeoffice - Möglichkeit)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

* Schriftlicher, telefonischer und teilweise auch persönlicher Kontakt mit den betroffenen Kunden

* Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter im Verkauf

* Schnittstelle zu Lieferanten, Lager und Montagemitarbeiter

* Inkasso bei Monteuren und Selbstabholern

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Praxis- Erfahrung

* Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
