* Du betreust und entwickelst unser Umweltmanagementsystem nach ISO 14001 eigenständig weiter.

* Du führst Umweltaspekt- und Umweltauswirkungsbewertungen durch und leitest daraus Maßnahmen ab.

* Du betreust Umwelt- und Abfallziele, definierst Kennzahlen und verfolgst deren Umsetzung konsequent.

* Du stellst die Einhaltung umweltrechtlicher Anforderungen sicher und behältst gesetzliche Änderungen im Blick.

* Du betreust das EDM-Portal und verantwortest sämtliche abfallrechtlichen Melde- und Dokumentationspflichten.

* Du erstellst und aktualisierst unser Abfallwirtschaftskonzept.

* Du organisierst und überwachst die Abfalllogistik - einschließlich des Umgangs mit gefährlichen Abfällen.

* Du bereitest interne und externe Audits vor und begleitest diese professionell.

* Du untersuchst Umweltvorfälle, analysierst deren Ursachen und leitest geeignete Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab.

* Du führst Umweltbegehungen, Schulungen sowie Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeitende durch.

* Du begleitest und leitest Projekte im Umwelt- und Abfallmanagement.

* Du bewertest die Umweltgefährdung von Gefahrstoffen anhand ihrer Eigenschaften und Sicherheitsdatenblätter (SDB).

Dein Profil:

* Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung zum/zur Abfall- und Umweltbeauftragten, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Qualifikation als Gefahrgutbeauftragte.

* Eine abgeschlossene (umwelt-) technische oder chemische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität oder vergleichbar) ist von Vorteil.

* Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld mit.

* Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.

* Du denkst analytisch und gehst Herausforderungen mit einer hohen Problemlösungskompetenz an.

* Du überzeugst durch Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen.

* Du kommunizierst sicher und professionell mit Behörden, Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden.

* Du zeichnest dich durch Organisationstalent sowie einen routinierten Umgang mit MS Office aus.

* Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

* Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend
