The posting

VitaMonte ist seit 2014 eine feste Größe im Bereich der Badezimmer-Sanierung. In den letzten 11 Jahren wurden über 1.000 Projekte in der Region erfolgreich umgesetzt. Wir setzen auf schnelle, fugenarme Sanierung mit großformatigen Wandplatten und maßgefertigten Elementen wie z.B. Duschböden.

Als kleiner traditioneller Handwerksbetrieb bieten wir ein familiäres Umfeld (11 Mitarbeiter/innen), geregelte Arbeitszeiten und faire Bezahlung.

Mit der Übersiedlung von Eben nach Bischofshofen im Frühjahr 2024 wurden die Weichen für eine weitere erfolgreiche Zukunft gestellt.

Zusätzlich zur Ausstellung Badrenovierung mit Bemusterungszentrum wurde ein Fachgeschäft für Badmöbel, Duschglastüren, Badausstattung und Zubehör eröffnet.

Im Herbst 2025 wurde das Portfolio noch um den Bereich hochwertiger - aber leistbarer Einbauküchen erweitert. 1 Montagetischler/in oder Tischler/in

in Jahresanstellung (Vollzeitbeschäftigung 38,5 Wochenstunden)

Aufgabenbereich und berufliche Kompetenzen

* Bademöbel- und Küchenmontagen

* Hochwertige Ausführung unserer speziellen Art der Badrenovierung mit großformatigen Platten (Paneelen). Vom Abriss bis zur Montage von Boden, Wand, Spanndecke, Möbel etc...

* Montageeinsätze - Arbeit mit Plänen

* Kundenservice

* TEAMFÄHIG

* Führerschein B

Eine spannende Aufgabe für einen echten "Teamspieler", der gerne zusammen mit Top-Kollegen/Kolleginnen echt schöne Arbeit machen möchte.

Wir arbeiten ausschließlich im nahen Umfeld Bischofshofen rundherum 50 km (Salzburg Stadt ist für uns schon zu weit :-)

Sich gemeinsam weiterentwickeln, netten Kunden schöne Bäder und Küchen bauen - und all das bei wenig Reisen.

TEAMPLAYER - ich lege einen großen Wert auf ein harmonisches und wertschätzendes Miteinander unter den Kollegen/Kolleginnen

Wir bieten

* geregelte Arbeitszeiten (lange und kurze Woche im Wechsel schon sein 2019)

* Mindestgehalt EUR 3.400,00 p.M. brutto (übertariflich zu Kollektivvertrag Metall - je nach Qualifikation- zuzüglich Montagezulage und Spesen).
