Als allround monteur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het technisch in topconditie houden van een modern machinepark binnen de kunststofverpakkingsindustrie. In deze productieomgeving worden jaarlijks honderden miljoenen vacuümgevormde trays geproduceerd voor de levensmiddelenindustrie. Betrouwbaarheid en nauwkeurigheid zijn hierbij cruciaal. Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan installaties op het gebied van mechanica, pneumatiek, hydraulica en werktuigbouwkunde. Bij productwissels verzorg je complexe omstelwerkzaamheden en zorg je voor een veilige en storingsvrije opstart. Daarnaast analyseer je terugkerende storingen en kom je met gerichte verbetervoorstellen om het machinepark continu te optimaliseren. - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan machines en installaties; - Lokaliseren en oplossen van mechanische en technische storingen; - Uitvoeren van complexe omstelwerkzaamheden bij productwissels; - Analyseren van storingen en doen van verbetervoorstellen; - Werken volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen; - Ondersteunen van productie bij technische vraagstukken. Wat bieden wij? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.000 tot €4.400 - Contracttype: Uitzicht op vast dienstverband - 8% vakantiegeld - 25 vakantiedagen met mogelijkheid tot 5 extra dagen bijkopen - CAO Kunststof-, lijm- en rubberindustrie en goede pensioenregeling - Werken in een hecht team binnen een technisch vooruitstrevende omgeving Dit neem je mee Je beschikt over mbo niveau 3 in een technische richting en hebt ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
