Samen met je collega's in onze eigen werkplaats duik je elke dag vol energie in nieuwe uitdagingen. Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband Vast dienstverband Op het ene moment sleutel je nog aan een grote 10×8 vrachtwagen en het andere moment komt er een mobiele kraan met een storing. Samen met de collega's uit de werkplaats gaan jullie op zoek naar de oorzaak en beginnen weer aan deze nieuwe uitdaging. Reko is een veelzijdig bedrijf dat onder andere actief is in wegenbouw, transport, sloop en asbestsanering. Veel van deze werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd met eigen materieel, waaronder vrachtauto's, opleggers, shovels en kranen. Deze worden allemaal onderhouden in onze eigen werkplaats. Hier is dus iedere dag écht anders! Je hoeft je dus geen moment te vervelen. Je werkt in een klein, betrokken team waar je elkaar écht kent. De communicatie is direct en duidelijk. Geen gedoe, gewoon samen de klus klaren. Je komt terecht in een prettige werkomgeving met korte communicatielijnen en krijgt de kans om door te groeien en bij te leren. Daarnaast zit je qua arbeidsvoorwaarden bij Reko gewoon goed.
