Ben jij een ervaren monteur die graag werkt aan grote industriële installaties? Werk je graag op verplaatsing en schrikt een lange werkdag of werken op hoogte jou niet af?

Voor een groeiende technische KMO in Lokeren zoeken we een Industrieel Monteur.

En laat ons meteen duidelijk zijn: dit is geen klassieke montagejob. Je werkt aan grote industriële installaties en constructies, zoals silo's, transportsystemen, afzuiginstallaties en leidingwerken. Je komt op industriële en agrarische werven in België en soms in Noord-Frankrijk.

Jobomschrijving

Als Industrieel Monteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de montage en assemblage van grote mechanische installaties op locatie.

Je vertrekt elke werkdag vanuit Lokeren naar de werf om 6u.

Daar werk je samen met een klein team van monteurs. Afhankelijk van het project werk je soms samen met collega's, maar je moet op termijn ook zelfstandig op een werf kunnen werken.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Monteren en assembleren van grote industriële installaties en constructies.
  • Monteren van silo's en bijhorende transportsystemen.
  • Plaatsen van RVS-leidingwerken, pompen en ondersteuningen.
  • Monteren van industriële afzuiginstallaties.
  • Monteren en bevestigen van staalstructuren volgens technische plannen.
  • Uitlijnen, afstellen en controleren van gemonteerde onderdelen.
  • Afmetingen en constructies controleren en indien nodig bijsturen.
  • Mechanische en pneumatische werkzaamheden uitvoeren.
  • Werken met elektrische en andere courante handgereedschappen.
  • Technische problemen op de werf zelfstandig analyseren en oplossen.
  • Snel schakelen wanneer de situatie op de werf anders loopt dan voorzien.
  • Veilig en nauwkeurig werken, ook wanneer de omstandigheden uitdagend zijn.
  • Je bent dus iemand die technisch inzicht combineert met een echte hands-on mentaliteit.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met relevante ervaring in industriële montage.

Belangrijk: ervaring in eender welke vorm van montage is niet voldoende. Je hebt bij voorkeur al gewerkt aan grote constructies, machines of industriële installaties, bijvoorbeeld op grote industriële werven.

Je beschikt over:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in industriële montage.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van mechanica – dit is essentieel.
  • Kennis van mechanica en bij voorkeur ook pneumatica en hydraulica.
  • Ervaring met het monteren van grote constructies of installaties.
  • Technisch inzicht en het vermogen om technische plannen te lezen.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Een zelfstandige en mature werkhouding.
  • Flexibiliteit en verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Omdat je regelmatig op hoogte werkt, is het belangrijk dat je geen hoogtevrees hebt.

Op termijn behaal je ook het nodige hoogtewerkattest. Heb je hier al ervaring mee of beschik je reeds over een attest? Dan is dat zeker een pluspunt.

Een rijbewijs B is sterk aangewezen. Je vertrekt vanuit Lokeren met een bedrijfscamionette en het is de bedoeling dat je deze zelfstandig kunt besturen.

Heb je geen rijbewijs maar wel de juiste ervaring en technische bagage? Ook dan kan je in aanmerking komen, bijvoorbeeld als hulpmonteur waarbij je samen met een collega naar de werf rijdt.
