Wat houdt de job in?

  • Bouw en assembleer: je staat in voor de mechanische opbouw van geavanceerde machines en zorgt ervoor dat alle onderdelen correct samenkomen
  • Lees en realiseer: je interpreteert technische tekeningen en specificaties en vertaalt deze naar een nauwkeurige en kwalitatieve montage
  • Monteer en stel af: je monteert, positioneert en stelt verschillende machineonderdelen correct af met oog voor detail en technische precisie
  • Los technische uitdagingen op: je analyseert problemen tijdens de montage en zoekt zelfstandig of samen met je collega’s naar een efficiënte oplossing
  • Denk mee en verbeter: je bewaakt de kwaliteit van je werk, denkt actief mee over efficiëntere werkmethodes en zorgt samen met je team voor een hoogwaardige afwerking van elke machine
  • Breng je technische basis mee: je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, bij voorkeur in elektrotechniek of mechatronica, of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd op de werkvloer
  • Werk met oog voor kwaliteit: je hebt oog voor detail en zorgt ervoor dat jouw werk steeds nauwkeurig, verzorgd en kwalitatief wordt uitgevoerd
  • Neem initiatief: je wacht niet af, maar denkt actief mee, ziet werk liggen en gaat zelfstandig op zoek naar oplossingen wanneer zich technische uitdagingen voordoen
