- VMBO - Landsmeer GUTS biedt gave projecten bij gerenommeerde opdrachtgevers TK Maxx, De Bijenkorf, Dela of het gemeentehuis in Veghel of Nijmegen. Bij GUTS Installatietechniek werk je aan diverse uitdagende projecten in de retail en utiliteitssector. Als totaalinstallateur voorzien wij onze klanten van verschillende technische installaties, van eerste ontwerp tot inbedrijfsstelling. Voor onze afdeling Elektrotechniek (ET) zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Monteur Elektrotechniek, die houdt van afwisseling en flexibiliteit in projecten en die het leuk vind om veel vrijheid, zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid te krijgen. Wat we je bieden: - Een aantrekkelijk basissalaris, ruim 10% boven de cao, aangevuld met een winstdelingsregeling. Jouw exacte salaris wordt afgestemd op jouw achtergrond, kennis en ervaring; - Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao Technisch Installatiebedrijf. Denk hierbij aan 25 verlofdagen, 13 ADV-dagen, pensioenopbouw bij het pensioenfonds PMT; - Direct een contract voor onbepaalde tijd; - Alle basisvoorwaarden die je nodig hebt om jouw werk succesvol te kunnen doen, zoals een werkbus, werkkleding en gereedschap; - De mogelijkheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Zowel binnen GUTS, maar ook breder binnen (de bedrijven van) de VDK Groep; - Een informele, gezellige werksfeer met regelmatig leuke uitjes, zoals de zomerbarbecue en het VDK-familiefeest in Phantasialand. Wat je gaat doen: Samen met jouw team werk je aan uitdagende elektrotechnische installaties, waaronder verlichting, krachtstroominstallaties, noodstroomvoorzieningen en domotica. De ene keer is dat in een groot winkelpand, de andere keer werk je voor een zorginstelling of een gemeentehuis. Kortom, je krijgt te maken met een breed scala aan werkzaamheden bij de meest uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers. Omdat we binnen GUTS werken in projectteams, krijg je veel ruimte om door te groeien.
