Je ontvangt een marktconform bruto maandsalaris tussen de €2900 en €4200, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring. Dit salaris wordt betaald volgens de CAO Metaal en Techniek, wat zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken en goede arbeidsvoorwaarden. Daarnaast geniet je van maar liefst 38 vakantiedagen per jaar, waardoor je voldoende tijd hebt om te ontspannen en op te laden.
