Als Multi Skilled Operator Centrale Besturingskamer (CBK) in Deventer bewaak, stuur en optimaliseer je de productie van melkvervangers en draag je bij aan kwaliteitsverbetering. Functieomschrijving Als Multi Skilled Operator Centrale Besturingskamer (CBK) ben je het hart van de productie bij een toonaangevend bedrijf in diervoeding. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken, sturen en optimaliseren van de procesinstallaties voor de productie van melkvervangers. Vanuit de centrale besturingskamer houd je het volledige proces in de gaten en stuur je bij waar nodig. Daarnaast voer je regelmatig inspecties uit in de fabriek en draag je bij aan een veilige en efficiënte productie. Op een gemiddelde werkdag signaleer je afwijkingen in kwaliteit of productieprestaties en onderneem je direct actie om de continuïteit te waarborgen. Je bent proactief betrokken bij de ontvangst van grondstoffen, het uitgeven van eindproducten, het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en de administratieve verwerking hiervan. Bovendien neem je deel aan projecten ter verbetering en upgrade van de procesinstallaties, waarbij jouw technische inzicht en oplossingsgerichtheid essentieel zijn.
