Verwachte opdrachtduur: 12 maanden, met optie tot verlenging. Hybride inzet. Start op korte termijn. Plaats/regio: Randstad / Hybride Profiel van het bedrijf: Grote maatschappelijke organisatie die werkt aan de structurele verbetering van haar informatiehuishouding. Gedragsverandering, leiderschap en informatiebewust werken staan centraal binnen een meerjarig veranderprogramma. Profiel van de opdracht: Als adoptieadviseur werk je mee aan een organisatiebrede veranderaanpak gericht op informatiebewust werken. Je begeleidt sessies met leidinggevenden en MT's, ontwikkelt ondersteunende materialen, stimuleert gedragsverandering en ondersteunt de borging van nieuwe werkwijzen. Je schakelt tussen strategie en uitvoering en werkt nauw samen met verandermanagement en andere stakeholders. Profiel van de manager: Je hebt een hbo- of wo-opleiding en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met verander- en adoptietrajecten. Je bent ervaren in het begeleiden van workshops en managementteams. Je hebt kennis van informatiehuishouding binnen de overheid of publieke sector en ervaring met M365, Teams en SharePoint. Je bent communicatief sterk, pragmatisch, analytisch en een stevige gesprekspartner voor leidinggevenden. Opmerkingen: Ervaring binnen overheid of publieke organisaties is een pré. De opdracht biedt de mogelijkheid om zichtbaar impact te maken op leiderschap, gedrag en informatiebewust werken. Zowel zelfstandig professionals als interim-managers met ervaring in verandermanagement, adoptie en informatiehuishouding worden uitgenodigd te reageren.
