Als Notarieel Medewerker heeft zij voornamelijk binnen het Personen- en Familierecht gewerkt. Hier hield zij zich bezig met het zelfstandig behandelen van dossiers, het opstellen van verschillende notariële akten en het onderhouden van contact met cliënten. Bij het Openbaar Ministerie heeft zij haar communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden verder ontwikkeld. Inmiddels is zij toe aan een volgende stap en wil zij zich graag verder ontwikkelen als Notarieel Medewerker Personen- en Familierecht. Ze zoekt daarom een notariskantoor waar zij haar kennis verder kan uitbreiden en kan doorgroeien binnen het Personen- en Familierecht. Fieke is iemand die zorgvuldig, betrokken en nuchter te werk gaat. Ze vindt het belangrijk om haar werk goed te doen en houdt ervan wanneer zaken duidelijk en netjes geregeld zijn. In het contact met cliënten is zij toegankelijk en rustig en ook binnen een team werkt zij prettig samen. Door haar eerdere ervaring is zij gewend om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor haar eigen werkzaamheden en zelfstandig dossiers op te pakken. Tegelijkertijd staat zij er goed voor open om nieuwe dingen te leren en zich verder te ontwikkelen. Met haar juridische basis, ervaring binnen het notariaat en haar motivatie om zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen het Personen- en Familierecht is Fieke een goede aanvulling op ieder notariskantoor.
