De Boer Advies & Notariaat is een allround notariskantoor in de Haarlemmermeer. Onze praktijk omvat ondernemingsrecht, onroerend goed en personen- en familierecht. We bouwen aan een sterk en stabiel team voor de toekomst en zoeken daarvoor notarieel medewerkers die niet alleen een baan zoeken, maar zich ook verder willen ontwikkelen in het vak. Wat ga je doen? Als notarieel medewerker werk je nauw samen met onze notarisklerken en (kandidaat- )notarissen. Je ondersteunt bij de behandeling van dossiers, onderhoudt contact met cliënten en andere betrokken partijen, verricht recherches en controles, bereidt stukken voor en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers administratief en inhoudelijk goed worden opgebouwd. Naarmate jouw kennis en ervaring toenemen, kan ook je zelfstandigheid groeien. Wij verwachten niet dat je alles al kunt. We verwachten wél dat je wilt leren. Wie zoeken we? Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring binnen het notariaat en begrijpt dat zorgvuldig werken in ons vak geen keuze is maar een voorwaarde. Daarnaast ben je: - leergierig en geïnteresseerd in het notariële vak; - nauwkeurig en zelfstandig binnen de werkzaamheden die je beheerst; - bereid te investeren in je eigen ontwikkeling; - collegiaal en gewend om samen te werken; - iemand die werk ziet en verantwoordelijkheid neemt; - flexibel genoeg om mee te bewegen met een organisatie die zich verder ontwikkelt.
