Du sorgst dafür, dass sich Menschen in einem Gebäude jederzeit wohlfühlen, denn Deine

Arbeit schafft die Grundlage für die richtige Belüftung, Kühlung und Erwärmung. Du wirst

dabei auf spannenden Großprojekten wie Bürogebäuden, Einkaufs- und Kinozentren,

Bahnhöfen, Hotels und Krankenhäusern eingesetzt, wo Du Klima-, Lüftungs- und

Heizungsanlagen baust und montierst. Deinen Freunden kannst Du mit Stolz sagen: Daran

habe ich mitgebaut! 1 Objektbetreuer- Elektro (m/w/d) im Facility Management Ihre Aufgaben:

* Projektabwicklung und Unterstützung im Gewährleistungsmanagement

* Selbständige Durchführung von Wartungs-, Service-, Reparatur- und Inspektionstätigkeiten

* Störungsbehebung sowie Erledigung allgemeiner haustechnischer Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Objektbetreuung

* Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Bestimmungen hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Gesundheit, Brandschutz und Umweltschutz

* Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Vertragserfüllung im CAFM System

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre) im Bereich Elektro

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Facility Management bzw. Technischer Service

* Zusatzqualifikationen (zB Brandschutz, Arbeitssicherheit, etc.) sind ein Plus

* Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, CAFM, Gebäudeleittechnik) von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

* Gute Umgangsformen sowie Kundenorientierung
