Onze partner is op zoek naar een Ocean Freight Customer Service Specialist Import die zeevrachtdossiers van A tot Z beheert en met sterke klantenfocus elke zending mee vlekkeloos tot op bestemming krijgt. Een rol met impact, ownership over klanten en veel internationale schakels binnen maritieme logistiek.

De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je neemt expeditiedossiers aan en maakt importdossiers van A tot Z op, inclusief de volledige administratieve opvolging.
  • Je beheert een eigen klantenportefeuille en draagt actief bij aan het behalen van vooropgestelde KPI's.
  • Je volgt zendingen op van vertrek tot aankomst en stuurt bij waar nodig om timing en kwaliteit te bewaken.
  • Je geeft laad- en losopdrachten door aan terminals en/of magazijnen en bewaakt de correcte uitvoering.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met scheepsagenturen, transporteurs en klanten en zorgt voor heldere afstemming.
  • Je verzorgt facturatie en waakt over een feilloze administratie en klantopvolging.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je hebt een Bachelor of Master (logistiek) én meerdere jaren relevante ervaring binnen zeevracht (import).
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van maritieme processen en INCOTERMS.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels (schriftelijk én mondeling); Frans is een plus.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en bent digitaal sterk genoeg om dossiers efficiënt te beheren.
  • Je bent klantgericht en probleemoplossend, en blijft rustig en scherp wanneer prioriteiten verschuiven.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en georganiseerd, met oog voor detail en correcte documentatie.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en schakelt vlot met internationale kantoren en partners.
