OMGEVINGSMANAGER - energieprojecten New OMGEVINGSMANAGER - energieprojecten Voor onze klant, een organisatie actief in de energietransitie, zijn we op zoek naar een OMGEVINGSMANAGER, een sleutelrol in hun energieprojecten. Jij bent de schakel tussen de techniek en de omgeving. Je weet precies hoe je de juiste mensen aan tafel krijgt, belangen afweegt en een breed draagvlak creëert. Je zorgt ervoor dat de omgeving en de technische plannen goed op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Je houdt grip op de belangen, wensen én zorgen van betrokken partijen, zodat de projecten soepel verlopen. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want jij beweegt je tussen de wereld van techniek, beleid en menselijk contact. Je werkt voor ongeveer 80% buiten (on-site) en 20% binnen (thuis/ kantoor) TAKEN & VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN : - Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor stakeholders in de omgeving van de projecten (denk aan gemeenten en andere bevoegde gezagen, bewoners, landeigenaren, netbeheerders en aannemers). - Je maakt vergunningen-, stakeholder- en omgevingsanalyses. - Je vraagt vergunningen aan, monitort de proceduretijd en draagt zorg voor naleving van de vergunningvoorschriften. - Je vertaalt technische plannen naar begrijpelijke communicatie voor omwonenden en andere betrokkenen. - Je vraagt de juiste onderzoeken op of uit, zorgt voor de beoordeling en adviseert over vervolgacties. - Je zorgt voor heldere omgevings- en communicatieplannen en voert ze uit. - Je signaleert gevoeligheden en speelt daar proactief op in. - Je werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers, projectleiders, engineers en uitvoerders binnen de organisatie. WAT BRENG JIJ MEE? - Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Bij voorkeur minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke positie. - Ervaring met vergunningen-, stakeholder- en omgevingsanalyses. - Kennis van de omgevingswet of affiniteit om deze eigen te maken . - Ervaring met (infrastructurele/ energie) projecten in de openbare ruimte is een pré. - Je bent s...
