Bij bouw- en infraprojecten gebeurt er veel. Er wordt gebouwd, verkeer verandert, straten gaan open en bewoners kunnen hinder ervaren. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er gebeurt en dat problemen zoveel mogelijk worden voorkomen. Je combineert communicatie, organiseren en stakeholdermanagement met jouw gevoel voor de omgeving. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist dat maakt deze functie interessant. Als Omgevingsmanager Bouw & Infra zorg je ervoor dat projecten soepel verlopen en de impact op de omgeving zo klein mogelijk blijft. Je werkt nauw samen met het projectteam en hebt veel contact met bewoners, bedrijven, overheden en andere stakeholders. Je bent vanaf de voorbereiding betrokken en blijft ook tijdens de uitvoering scherp op wat er in de omgeving speelt. Als Omgevingsmanager ga je onder andere: - Stakeholders in kaart brengen en stakeholderanalyses uitvoeren - Contact onderhouden met bewoners, bedrijven, gemeenten en andere belanghebbenden - Vergunningen coördineren en bewaken - BLVC-plannen opstellen en uitvoeren - Omgevingsplannen maken en bijhouden - Meedenken over het beperken van hinder tijdens werkzaamheden - De omgeving op tijd en duidelijk informeren over projecten - Bewonersavonden organiseren en begeleiden - Nieuwsbrieven ops...
