Als Onderhoudsmecanicien in Oost-Vlaanderen versterk je het technische team in een boeiende, voltijdse functie waar jobzekerheid centraal staat. Je begint via een interim-periode met een concreet perspectief op een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Je inzet en vakkennis worden beloond met een aantrekkelijk salaris dat stipt berekend wordt op basis van jouw ervaring en vaardigheden, volledig volgens de geldende sectorvoorwaarden. In deze rol geniet je van heel wat vrijheid en zelfstandigheid terwijl je bouwt aan een afwisselende loopbaan op werven doorheen de regio Oost-Vlaanderen.

Tijdens je werkdag sta je rechtstreeks in voor de optimale werking en continuïteit van het machinepark bij uiteenlopende industriële klanten. Om technische mankementen en kostbare stilstanden voor te zijn, voer je grondige inspecties uit en spoor je slijtage aan apparatuur tijdig op. Wanneer er zich toch een acute storing voordoet, lokaliseer je snel de oorzaak, herstel of vervang je de defecte mechanische onderdelen en regel je de installaties weer tot op de millimeter nauwkeurig af. Daarnaast help je mee bij het opbouwen, monteren en afstellen van splinternieuwe machines en specifieke onderdelen.

Bij al je interventies bewaak je nauwgezet de veiligheidsregels en de kwaliteit van het afgeleverde werk. Omdat je op steeds wisselende projecten in de regio wordt ingezet, is geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelf beslissingen te nemen op de werkvloer, problemen efficiënt aan te pakken en je technische expertise elke dag verder in te zetten.

Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en hebt ervaring met het onderhouden en herstellen van machines

Je kan zelfstandig mechanische storingen opsporen, machineonderdelen vervangen en nieuwe installaties afstellen

Je werkt veilig, en werkt volgens de kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften

Je bent flexibel ingesteld om op verplaatsing te werken aan verschillende projecten binnen de regio
