Je zorgt ervoor dat woningen en gebouwen goed worden onderhouden en er weer verzorgd uitzien. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Voorbereiden en beoordelen van verschillende ondergronden; - Schuren, plamuren en gronden; - Binnen- en buitenschilderwerk; - Aflakken van kozijnen, deuren, gevelonderdelen en andere oppervlakken; - Uitvoeren van klein houtrotherstel en andere herstelwerkzaamheden; - Kitwerk en het netjes afwerken van aansluitingen; - Werken met verschillende verfsoorten en verfsystemen; - Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkplek. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als samen met collega's. Omdat je op verschillende projecten wordt ingezet, krijg je te maken met uiteenlopende werkzaamheden en situaties.
