Als Onderhoudstechnieker in Lokeren versterk je het technische team van een toonaangevend en vernieuwend bedrijf in de metaalsector. Je kiest voor een voltijdse job in 3 ploegen (39 uur per week) met uitzicht op een vast contract na een geslaagde uitzendperiode. Je start met een bruto uurloon rond € 18,00, aangevuld met een ploegenpremie van 10% in de vroege en late ploeg en 20% in de nachtploeg. Door het uurrooster bouw je jaarlijks 6 ADV-dagen op. Daarnaast geniet je van een vaste collectieve sluiting tijdens de zomer en de eindejaarsperiode.

In deze gevarieerde functie onderhoud je zowel de productiemachines als de gebouwen en het bedrijfsterrein. Je voert gepland onderhoud uit aan het moderne machinepark om stilstanden te voorkomen. Bij storingen stel je gericht de diagnose en los je het probleem snel op, zowel elektrisch als mechanisch. Je denkt mee over oplossingen om de veiligheid en de machines te verbeteren. Gebruikte onderdelen en afgeronde taken registreer je in het digitale systeem. Bij de ploegwissel draag je je werkzaamheden helder over aan je collega's.

Je komt terecht in een hecht, professioneel technisch team. Ook als je nog niet elke installatie kent, krijg je voldoende ruimte en tijd om je in te werken in de verschillende machines.

Je hebt vakkennis en sleutelervaring op het vlak van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica en hydraulica

Je kunt storingen opsporen en oplossen aan productiemachines

Je kunt gepland en preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines, gebouwen en terreinen

Je kunt werken met een digitaal systeem om gebruikte onderdelen en taken in te voeren

Je communiceert helder bij ploegwissels, denkt mee over veiligheid en werkt graag in 3 ploegen
