Plukon is een internationale speler in de voedingsindustrie, actief sinds 1894, met 30 locaties in 6 Europese landen en ruim 9.000 medewerkers. Het bedrijf produceert verantwoorde voeding voor supermarkten, food service en B2B, van gevogelte tot kant-en-klare maaltijden en salades, met aandacht voor groenten en alternatieve eiwitten.

In Olen werken ongeveer 200 collega’s dagelijks aan rauwe bereidingen, voorgebakken producten, kant-en-klare maaltijden en culinaire sauzen.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij iemand die graag storingen analyseert en machines weer perfect laat draaien? Haal jij voldoening uit het oplossen van technische problemen en het garanderen van een vlot productieproces?

Voor een groeiend en innovatief productiebedrijf in de voedingssector zijn wij op zoek naar een Onderhoudstechnieker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en technische uitdagingen niet uit de weg gaat.

Wat ga jij doen?

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan machines en installaties
  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen om productiestilstand te beperken
  • Vervangen, herstellen en controleren van machineonderdelen
  • Storingen registreren en rapporteren
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures
  • Naleven van voorschriften rond veiligheid, hygiëne, orde en netheid

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken een technieker met een sterke technische basis en een oplossingsgerichte mindset.

  • Achtergrond: Je beschikt minimaal over een secundair of bachelor diploma in een technische richting of 3-tal jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol

Kennis:

  • Talenkennis: Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, en basis Engels
  • Je hebt kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica
  • Basiskennis van hydraulica en PLC-sturingen is een plus
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in team
  • Je bent analytisch, probleemoplossend en proactief
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen, ook in drukke situaties
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel (vroege/late)
