Als onderhoudstechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van machines, productielijnen en technische installaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat storingen snel worden opgelost en productieprocessen optimaal blijven functioneren. Je bent onder meer verantwoordelijk voor:

Het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan machines en installaties. Het uitvoeren van curatief onderhoud na technische defecten of storingen. Het analyseren en oplossen van mechanische, elektrische en elektromechanische storingen. Het uitvoeren van herstellingen aan machines, productielijnen en technische installaties. Het testen, controleren en afregelen van technische systemen. Het lezen en interpreteren van technische plannen en schema’s. Het formuleren van voorstellen om installaties en processen te optimaliseren. Het naleven van alle veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuvoorschriften. Het samenwerken met operatoren, techniekers en productieverantwoordelijken.

Afhankelijk van het project werk je zelfstandig of in een technisch team binnen productieomgevingen, logistieke sites of industriële installaties. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om te werken in een 2- of 3-ploegensysteem of dagwerk. Je bent een onderhoudstechnieker met een passie voor techniek en een oplossingsgerichte mindset. Daarnaast beschik je over:

Een technische opleiding in mechanica, elektriciteit, elektromechanica of automatisatie, of relevante ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker. Kennis van mechanische, elektrische of elektromechanische installaties. Het vermogen om technische tekeningen en schema’s te interpreteren. Een analytische en probleemoplossende aanpak. Een zelfstandige en nauwkeurige werkhouding. Respect voor veiligheidsprocedures en kwaliteitsnormen. Een goede kennis van het Nederlands. Een rijbewijs B.
