Je krijgt ruimte om richting te geven, opdrachtgevers te adviseren en kwaliteit van concept tot uitvoering te bewaken. - Ontwikkelen en toetsen van constructieve concepten voor diverse projecten. - Coördineren van projecten, planning, voortgang en technische kwaliteit. - Optreden als sparringpartner voor opdrachtgevers, architecten en projectteams. - Coachen van collega's en fungeren als inhoudelijke kennisdrager. - Eindverantwoordelijkheid nemen voor ontwerpkeuzes, berekeningen en advisering. Functie-eisen Je bent een ervaren constructeur die zorgvuldig werkt, initiatief toont en technische vraagstukken vertaalt naar haalbare oplossingen. Je communiceert helder, onderbouwt je keuzes overtuigend en houdt oog voor het gezamenlijke projectresultaat. Daarbij werk je integer, klantgericht en met aandacht voor detail. - Hbo- of wo-opleiding Bouwkunde, Civiele Techniek of vergelijkbaar - 5 jaar relevante ervaring als constructeur - Ervaring met woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw; kennis van integrale projectcoördinatie - Vaardigheid met FEM-Design, FEM/FEA, IDEA StatiCa, RFEM of SCIA Software - Een nauwkeurige, oplossingsgerichte werkwijze en plezier in samenwerken en kennis delen Arbeidsvoorwaarden Je werkt 40 uur per week aan afwisselende projecten binnen een professionele werkomgeving waarin ontwikkeling en samenwerking centraal staan.
