Over het werk Als operationeel administratief medewerker vervul je een centrale rol binnen de dynamische wereld van transport en logistiek. Je werkt fulltime, 40 uur per week, in een moderne en professionele werkomgeving waar kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie vooropstaan. In deze functie ben jij de verbindende factor tussen operationele en administratieve processen. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse operatie en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve processen, zoals debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer en urenregistratie, vlekkeloos verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met de Finance Manager en krijgt volop kansen om door te groeien en jezelf te ontwikkelen via interne en externe trainingen. Deze functie is gericht op langdurige samenwerking, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren. Je start je werkdag met het controleren en verwerken van binnengekomen documenten, facturen en urenstaten. Vervolgens ga je aan de slag met het bijwerken van de urenregistratie en zorg je dat alle gegevens kloppen en tijdig bij de juiste afdelingen terechtkomen. Gedurende de dag heb je veel contact met collega's van andere afdelingen, zoals planning, transport en warehouse, om lopende zaken af te stemmen. Je schakelt snel tussen uiteenlopende taken: ad-hoc vragen oplossen, logistieke processen ondersteunen en administratieve gegevens verwerken. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatietalent draag je bij aan een efficiënte bedrijfsvoering en denk je actief mee over procesverbeteringen.
