In de functie van Operationeel Inkoper zorg je ervoor dat technische onderdelen op tijd beschikbaar zijn en de supply chain soepel blijft draaien. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid, werkt internationaal samen met leveranciers en hebt direct invloed op het eindresultaat. Wat ga je doen? Als Operationeel Inkoper ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de supply chain van onze opdrachtgever. Je zorgt ervoor dat technische onderdelen tijdig worden ingekocht, zodat de productie van hoogwaardige systemen zonder vertraging door kan gaan. Daarbij houd je continu overzicht over lopende bestellingen en stuur je bij wanneer dat nodig is. Je hebt dagelijks contact met leveranciers uit binnen- en buitenland en bewaakt de voortgang van inkooporders. Je schakelt snel bij afwijkingen, informeert interne stakeholders over de status van bestellingen en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige werkwijze blijven processen efficiënt verlopen. Daarnaast werk je met een ERP-systeem om orders en inkoopgegevens correct te verwerken. Je bewaakt voorraadniveaus, denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen het inkoopproces en levert een actieve bijdrage aan een betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige supply chain.
