1 Operations IT Manager (m/w/d) Die SGL Composites GmbH ist ein Unternehmen der SGL Carbon. An unseren zwei österreichischen Standorten Ried und Ort im Innkreis fertigen wir Automobilbauteile aus faserverstärktem Kunststoff.

Ihre Aufgabe:

* Gesamtverantwortung für den Aufbau und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Digitalisierung im Produktionsumfeld * Planung, Koordination und Priorisierung von Teamaufgaben sowie internen IT-Projekten im Bereich Operations * Einführung und Weiterentwicklung eines einheitlichen Softwarestandards in den Bereichen: ** Betriebsdatenerfassung (BDE) ** Maschinendatenerfassung (MDE) ** Qualitätsdatenerfassung (CAQ) * Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie kontinuierliche Erweiterung und Optimierung der bestehenden Systemlandschaft * Customizing sowie Programmierung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen zwischen Maschinen und IT-Systemen * Unterstützung bei Erstimplementierungen, Systemtests sowie Updates * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des lokalen MES-Systems im Werk * Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung technischer Probleme in enger Abstimmung mit der zentralen IT * Umsetzung standortspezifischer Anwendungen und Lösungen (z. B. Skripte, Reports, Dashboards) * Schulung und Unterstützung der Produktionsmitarbeitenden im Umgang mit digitalen Systemen * Zentraler Ansprechpartner für das Werk in Bezug auf das MES-System * Dokumentation von Prozessen, Systemänderungen und Störungsbehebungen * Sicherstellung der End-to-End-Verknüpfung zwischen IT-Systemen und Shopfloor-Prozessen zur Erhöhung der Transparenz * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Echtzeit-Performance-Management-Systemen

Ihr Profil:

* Ausgeprägtes IT-Verständnis sowie Begeisterung für Digitalisierung und innovative Lösungen * Grundkenntnisse in Programmierung (idealerweise Python) sowie SQL * Solides Prozessverständnis in der Produktion bzw. im Shopfloor-Umfeld * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Kenntnisse im Bereich Industrial IoT und Shopfloor-Integration (z. B. Azure IoT, Edge Devices, OPC-UA) * Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Systemlandschaften * Fundierte Digital- und Datenkompetenz, insbesondere im Umgang mit modernen Fertigungssystemen (z. B. MES, SAP, Ignition) sowie Erfahrung in der Analyse von Produktionsdaten (z. B. OEE, Traceability, MDE) * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT, Produktion oder Technik (z. B. HTL, FH, Universität - Wirtschaftsinformatik, Produktionsmanagement o. Ä.) * Erfahrung im operativen IT-Betrieb, idealerweise mit Fokus auf IT-Operations, Infrastruktur oder End User Services * Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie proaktive Arbeitsweise
