Onze klant is een aannemer actief in wegenis- en rioleringswerken. De onderneming realiseert infrastructuurprojecten waarbij een doordachte voorbereiding, een efficiënte uitvoering en een sterke werforganisatie centraal staan.

Om de operationele werking verder te versterken, zoeken we een Operations Lead die technische expertise combineert met leiderschap en organisatorisch inzicht. Je bewaart het overzicht over de projecten en vertaalt de bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar concrete resultaten op het terrein.

Jobomschrijving

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je neemt de leiding over de operationele werking en bewaakt de voortgang van de wegenis-, riolerings- en infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Je stuurt project- en werfverantwoordelijken aan en ondersteunt hen bij technische, organisatorische en personeelsgebonden uitdagingen.
  • Je stemt de planning, personeelsbezetting, inzet van materieel en samenwerking met onderaannemers op elkaar af.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid, uitvoeringstermijnen en rendabiliteit van de projecten.
  • Je volgt projectbudgetten en kosten op, signaleert afwijkingen en stuurt tijdig bij in overleg met de betrokken teams.
  • Je verbetert werkmethodes en processen om de uitvoering efficiënter en de samenwerking sterker te maken.
  • Je vormt de schakel tussen de directie en de uitvoering en rapporteert over voortgang, risico's en resultaten.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers en helpt knelpunten doelgericht op te lossen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma bouwkunde.
  • Je hebt minimaal 7 jaar relevante ervaring in wegenis- en infrastructuurwerken.
  • Je hebt een stevige technische basis en begrijpt wat nodig is om projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering succesvol te realiseren.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van teams en weet mensen mee te nemen in duidelijke doelstellingen.
  • Je combineert een helikopterview met een praktische aanpak: je bewaart het overzicht en grijpt in waar nodig.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig, organisatorisch sterk en communiceert helder met zowel werfteams als directie en externe partners.
  • Je hebt oog voor kosten, rendement en operationele efficiëntie. Kennis van finance is een pluspunt, bijvoorbeeld op het vlak van budgettering, financiële rapportering en projectresultaten.
