Zuid Nederlandse Buizen is een bedrijf met een ondernemende geest en een hechte, open bedrijfscultuur. Binnen het team heerst een sterk gevoel van saamhorigheid waarbij iedereen zijn schouders vol overtuiging eronder zet. Collega’s ondersteunen elkaar en werken als één team aan alle gemeenschappelijke doelen. ZNB levert grote partijen buizen en toebehoren voor industriële toepassingen door de gehele Benelux en is marktleider in de sector. ZNB belevert haar klanten met eigen vrachtwagens. Door o.a. het aanhouden van een grote voorraad en 24-uurs levering maakt ZNB een enorme groei door.

Als Operations Manager / Design Engineer Research & Development ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het ontwikkelingsproces van nieuwe technologieën. Je werkt samen met een multidisciplinair team aan innovatieve en efficiënte oplossingen.

Onder jouw verantwoordelijkheden vallen o.a.:

· Leiding geven aan en stimulering van een team van medewerkers.

· Je evalueert prestaties door gegevens en statistieken te analyseren en te interpreteren.

· Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor de klanten.

· Je coördineert en valideert testresultaten.

· Je documenteert ontwerp- en ontwikkelprocessen.

· Je bent medebepalend mbt beleid op het gebied van sales en commercie.

· Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en klantvragen vanuit de organisatie .

Wat breng je mee?

· HBO werk en denk niveau

· Afgeronde relevante ( technische/ commerciële) opleiding

· Je beschikt over ervaring binnen de sales

· Je bent open , transparant en een natuurlijk verbinder

· Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve eigenschappen.
