Dan zoeken wij jou! Reizen... het maakt gelukkig, verrijkt je leven, ontroert, verwondert, zorgt voor verhalen, maar maakt je op sommige momenten juist ook zo ontzettend stil. Reizen is de ultieme manier om de wereld van een andere kant te leren kennen. Nieuwe smaken, nieuwe geuren, andere culturen. Reizen staat voor onvergetelijke herinneringen creëren. En dat is nu precies waar wij goed in zijn. Wij zijn Koning Aap en Shoestring en onderdeel van Adventure Specialists B.V. Wij zijn de reisorganisatie die bekend staat om zijn avontuurlijke reizen en duurzaamheidsbeleid. Al meer dan 40 jaar organiseren we groepsreizen, familiereizen en single reizen. Als Operations Specialist zorg jij ervoor dat onze reizen achter de schermen niet alleen tot in de puntjes geregeld zijn, maar ook optimaal presteren. Vanaf het moment dat een boeking binnenkomt tot en met de terugkomst van onze reizigers houd jij grip op de operationele uitvoering. Je verwerkt boekingen en wijzigingen, schakelt met onze lokale agenten en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokkenen over de juiste informatie beschikken.Tegelijkertijd houd je continu oog voor het commerciële resultaat. Je volgt de bezetting, prijzen en marges van onze reizen, signaleert kansen en stuurt waar nodig bij. Waar kunnen we de bezetting verbeteren? Waar liggen mogelijkheden om de marge te optimaliseren? Jij ziet wat er speelt en onderneemt actie. En loopt een reis anders dan gepland? Dan schakel je snel met collega's en lokale partners en zoek je naar een oplossing die goed is voor onze reizigers én voor de organisatie. Een veelzijdige funct...
