Wir suchen zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt eine dynamische, engagierte, verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit Teamfähigkeit und sozialer Kompetenz. 3 Operationstechnische_r Assistent_in Das Krankenhaus umfasst die Abteilungen für Anästhesie mit Intensivtherapie, Augenheilkunde (Tagesklinik), Chirurgie, Gynäkologie/Geburtshilfe, HNO, Innere Medizin mit Intensivstation, Orthopädie, Pädiatrie, Radiologie, Unfallchirurgie, Urologie und Psychiatrie.

Tätigkeiten

* Vorbereitung, Assistenz und Nachbereitung bei operativen Eingriffen

* Instrumentieren im OP

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

* Vorbereitung und Kontrolle der benötigten Instrumente, Geräte und Materialien

* Fachgerechte Dokumentation der OP-Abläufe

* Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt_innen sowie dem gesamten OP-Team

* Betreuung und Unterstützung der Patient_innen vor, während und nach dem Eingriff

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als operationstechnische Assistenz (OTA)

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit

* Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

* Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Medizinproduktbestimmungen

* Unterstützende und wertschätzende Haltung
