Für unser Team in Gmunden suchen wir zum frühestmöglichen Eintritt: 1 Operativer Einkäufer (m/w/d) Als "Operativer Einkäufer (m/w/d)" stellen Sie eine zuverlässige Materialversorgung sicher und sorgen gleichzeitig für ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis zwischen Verfügbarkeit, Lagerbeständen und Lieferzeiten.

AUFGABEN:

* Bedarfs- und Materialbedarfsplanung auf Basis von Kundenbedarfen, Lagerbeständen, Beschaffungsparametern und Forecasts

* Bestellerfassung und Terminplanung

* Einholung von Angeboten, Preisen und Lieferzeiten bei internationalen Lieferanten

* Proaktive Erkennung potenzieller Versorgungsengpässe, Überbestände und Planabweichungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem operativen und strategischen Einkauf sowie weiteren internen Fachabteilungen

* Pflege relevanter Dokumentationen sowie Durchführung von Kontroll- und Auswertungsaufgaben

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bedarfsplanung/Disposition von Vorteil

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Outlook

* SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein professionelles und sicheres Auftreten
