Als Operator werk je met de nieuwste machines, verdien je tot €2.755,- bruto per maand (40 uur) én krijg je volop kansen om door te groeien. Dit ga je doen Je begint je werkdag in een moderne fabriek waar de geur van vers hout en het zoemen van machines je meteen energie geven. Als operator ben jij de spil van het productieproces. Je kijkt uit over een indrukwekkende robotlijn die houten pallets assembleert. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want door de verschillende maten en soorten pallets, wisselen de werkzaamheden zich continu af. Je hebt de verantwoordelijkheid om de lijnen steeds weer perfect in te stellen, zodat de productie soepel blijft verlopen. Je houdt het proces scherp in de gaten en grijpt direct in als er kleine storingen zijn. Voor de echt grote problemen kun je rekenen op een ervaren technische dienst, zodat jij je blijft focussen op jouw kerntaken. Jouw dag bestaat uit het: - Instellen en ombouwen van de robotlijn voor verschillende productiematen; - Bedienen en nauwlettend bewaken van de machines; - Zelfstandig oplossen van kleine storingen; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en direct ingrijpen bij afwijkingen; - Werken met de nieuwste materialen en technieken. Je werkt altijd met nieuwe, hoogwaardige materialen en in een team van collega's die net zo enthousiast zijn als jij. Elke dag is dynamisch en jij houdt het overzicht.
