Functieomschrijving: In deze functie leer je meerdere industriële machines in een lijnfabriek veilig en efficiënt te bedienen. Je team bestaat onder andere uit zeer ervaren techneuten die je alle kneepjes van het vak leren. Je begint bij de meest eenvoudige klussen en leert al gaande meer ingewikkelde handelingen uit te voeren. Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden: Je bent allround ondersteuning voor de productie; Je werkt correct met productiemachine en meetgereedschap om kwaliteit te garanderen. Je werkt conform de veiligheidsinstructies en zorgt voor een nette en opgeruimd werkruimte. Je volgt instructies van de Planning afdeling op en rapporteer enige afwijkingen. Je werkt voorzichtig en zorgvuldig. Je helpt bij het inwerken van nieuwe collega's. Indien nodig help je uit in het magazijn. De machine-bediening bestaat onder andere uit: Machine opstarten en gereed maken. Grondstoffen mengen om lijm te maken. Extrusie- en coatingmachine instellen en het productieproces in de gate houden. De slitmachine instellen en slitten van rollen in de juiste breedtes. Inpakmachine bedienen. Storingen oplossen. Productieruimte en eigen werkplaats schoonmaken. De actuele werkzaamheden waar jij je mee bezig gaan houden, ligt aan de productiebehoefte en de mate van kennis en ervaring dat je hebt opgedaan.

Wij bieden: Doorgroeimogelijkheden en leerervaring door te werken op verschillende productiemachines, met een breed assortiment van producten; Fulltime dienstverband; Gemiddeld 3020 EUR bruto per maand (inclusief ploegentoeslag); Vakantiegeld, 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ATV dagen; Reiskostenvergoeding; Pensioenopbouw.
