Samen met je team bewaak je de procesvoortgang, waarborg je strikte hygiënestandaarden en zorg je dat de installaties 24/7 storingsvrij blijven draaien. In deze afwisselende functie combineer je mechanische bediening met kwaliteitsbewaking en procesoptimalisatie. Je stelt lijnen af, bouwt apparatuur om voor nieuwe recepturen en grijpt direct in bij eerstelijnsstoringen. Daarnaast verricht je fysieke werkzaamheden aan de lijn en zorg je voor een heldere ploegoverdracht naar de volgende shift. Dankzij het 5-ploegenrooster profiteer je van uitstekende verdiensten én veel aaneengesloten vrije tijd. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Bedienen, monitoren en bijsturen van geautomatiseerde industriële productie-installaties. - Zelfstandig ombouwen, instellen en opstarten van machines volgens productievoorschriften. - Signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van eerstelijns technische storingen. - Uitvoeren en digitaal vastleggen van kwaliteitscontroles en procesparameters. - Ondersteunen bij preventief onderhoud en periodieke inspecties van het machinepark. - Handhaven van strenge veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënenormen (HACCP / GMP). - Zorgen voor een gestructureerde en professionele shift-overdracht met collega-operators.
