Wij leren je ATM. ATM Operator Excellence Program Moerdijk Ben jij een ervaren Procesoperator met een VAPRO B op zak en minimaal drie jaar ervaring binnen de procesindustrie? Dan weet je hoe een productieproces werkt. Je weet wat veilig werken betekent. En je begrijpt hoe belangrijk het is om installaties betrouwbaar en gecontroleerd te laten draaien. Daarom pakken we jouw start bij ATM anders aan. In plaats van direct in de ploegendienst te beginnen, start je samen met een selecte groep nieuwe collega's in ons Operator Excellence Program. Gedurende de eerste maand werk je in dagdienst en volg je een intensief inwerk- en ontwikkeltraject. Zo leer je onze installaties, processen en veiligheidsstandaarden écht kennen voordat je doorstroomt naar de ploegendienst. Want bij ATM geloven we dat een sterke basis leidt tot excellente operators. Wat ga je doen? - Na afronding van het Operator Excellence Program ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, bewaken en optimaliseren van onze installaties. - Je houdt toezicht op het procesverloop, signaleert afwijkingen en grijpt tijdig in wanneer dat nodig is. - Daarnaast voer je inspecties uit, los je eerstelijnsstoringen op en werk je nauw samen met collega's van Operations, Maintenance en Veiligheid. - Je werkt in een omgeving waar techniek, veiligheid en duurzaamheid samenkomen en waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Wat breng jij mee? - Een afgeronde VAPRO B of vergelijkbare procesopleiding. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als operator binnen de procesindustrie. - De motivatie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een specialistische omgeving.
