Als operator begin je in de productie en leer je stap voor stap het volledige proces kennen. Je ondersteunt de productielijn, voert controles uit en groeit door naar een rol waarin je zelfstandig machines instelt en bedient. Je werkt mee aan het verpakken van medicijnen waarbij kwaliteit, veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid voorop staan. Door trainingen, begeleiding en praktijkervaring krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Zo bouw je aan een mooie toekomst binnen de farmaceutische industrie. Jouw top werkzaamheden zijn: - Aanvullen van materialen aan de productielijn. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op labels en verpakkingen. - Onder begeleiding instellen en bedienen van machines. - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen. Wat wij jou bieden Deze arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn gebaseerd op een fulltime werkweek van 40 uur. Zo kan jij rekenen op: - € 2.598,00 tot € 2.887,00 bruto per maand. - 20% ploegentoeslag boven op jouw salaris. - Interne opleiding tot operator. - Wekelijkse uitbetaling van jouw salaris. - Uitzicht op een vast contract bij goed functioneren. - Werken in een moderne, schone en veilige productieomgeving. Binnen het bedrijf heerst een rustige en professionele werksfeer. Collega's werken nauw samen en ondersteunen elkaar waar nodig.
