Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving binnen een 5-ploegendienst en draagt bij aan een soepel verloop van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Met jouw technische inzicht en oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat de machines optimaal draaien en dat de kwaliteit van de kazen gewaarborgd blijft. Wat je gaat doen: - Bedienen en controleren: van diverse productiemachines en weeginstallaties. - Oplossen: van kleine storingen en uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud. - Controleren: van de kwaliteit van de kaas en signaleren van afwijkingen. - Registreren: van storingen, productiegegevens en uitgevoerde reparaties in digitale systemen. - Zorgen: voor een schone, veilige en hygiënische werkplek volgens HACCP-richtlijnen.
