Als spuitgiettechnieker speel je een belangrijke rol in een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces. Je stelt de spuitgietmachines correct in, volgt de productie en kwaliteit nauwgezet op en grijpt in wanneer je afwijkingen of eerstelijnsstoringen vaststelt.

Heb je al ervaring met spuitgieten? Mooi meegenomen. Nog geen ervaring? Geen probleem. Je krijgt de nodige opleiding en begeleiding op de werkvloer, zodat je het proces stap voor stap leert kennen.

Jouw taken

  • Je stelt spuitgietmachines en productieparameters in en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en stuurt het proces bij waar nodig.
  • Je wisselt matrijzen en helpt mee bij het opstarten en ombouwen van machines.
  • Je detecteert en analyseert eerstelijnsstoringen en voert kleine technische interventies uit.
  • Je vult grondstoffen aan en zorgt voor het verpakken van afgewerkte producten.
  • Je werkt veilig, ordelijk en volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en productieafspraken.
  • Je overlegt met jouw vaste collega en denkt mee over een vlot en efficiënt productieproces
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig en praktisch ingesteld.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt zin om het spuitgietproces volledig onder de knie te krijgen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Ervaring met spuitgieten, kunststofverwerking of een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent bereid om hoofdzakelijk in dagdienst te werken. Een vroege ploeg is bespreekbaar.
