Opdrachtomschrijving Voor de divisie Voertuigregelgeving en Toelating (VRT) is een tijdelijke Opleidingscoördinator ter vervanging van een medewerker gedurende zwangerschapsverlof. De mobiliteitswereld verandert snel door ontwikkelingen zoals elektrificatie, voertuigsoftware, zelfrijdende voertuigen en veranderende Europese regelgeving. Het is daarom van groot belang dat medewerkers hun vakkennis en competenties continu blijven ontwikkelen. Als opleidingscoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het richting geven aan en uitvoeren van het jaarlijkse ontwikkelplan van de divisie. Je inventariseert opleidings- en ontwikkelbehoeften bij managers en medewerkers, organiseert opleidingen en trainingen van A tot Z, onderhoudt contacten met opleidingsinstituten en monitort de voortgang van ontwikkelactiviteiten. Daarnaast lever je een bijdrage aan diverse projecten op het gebied van leren en ontwikkelen, zoals de ontwikkeling van leerlijnen en de verdere inrichting van permanente educatie. Hierbij werk je intensief samen met HR-adviseurs, managers, medewerkers, adviseurs leren en ontwikkelen en opleidingscoördinatoren uit andere divisies binnen de RDW. Je bent een zelfstandige professional die gemakkelijk verbinding maakt binnen de organisatie, initiatief toont en in staat is om strategische ontwikkelvraagstukken te vertalen naar concrete acties en resultaten.
