Herzlich willkommen im Orthopädie-Zentrum Innere Stadt

Unsere orthopädische Gruppenpraxis für alle Krankenkassen befindet sich im Herzen Wiens und ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Als Fachärzte für Orthopädie behandeln wir alle Beschwerden rund um den Bewegungsapparat. Wir finden die optimale Behandlungsmethode, egal ob die Ursache Ihrer Beschwerden z.B. Gelenkabnützungen, Wirbelsäulenprobleme, Sportverletzungen oder Fehlbelastungen sind. Einen hohen Stellenwert hat für uns auch die Vorbeugung von Krankheiten wie z.B. kinderorthopädische Kontrolluntersuchungen oder physiotherapeutische Anleitungen zu Eigenübungen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in 1010 Wien suchen ab sofort: 1 Ordinationsassistent/in Ihre Aufgaben

* Administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten in der Ordination

* Empfang und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten

* Telefonmanagement und Terminvereinbarung

* Mitschreiben von ärztlichen Anweisungen und Befunden

* Dokumentation und Verwaltung von Patientendaten

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Ordinationsassistentin

* Umfassende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sichere Rechtschreibung.

* Schnelles und sicheres Schreiben auf der Tastatur

* Genauigkeit und Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten

* Freundliches Auftreten sowie Teamfähigkeit

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, 40 Stunden/Woche - während der geregelten Öffnungszeiten, nach Vereinbarung:

Montag bis Freitag von 08:00 Uhr (Dienstbeginn 07:00 Uhr) bis 19:00 Uhr und Samstag von 09:00 Uhr (Dienstbeginn 08:00) bis 13:00 Uhr geöffnet.
