Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort in Pfaffstätt suchen wir: 1 OT-Engineer (m/w/d)

Du möchtest die Zukunft der Produktion aktiv mitgestalten und moderne Technologien in einem industriellen Umfeld vorantreiben? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und unterstütze uns beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer OT- und Automatisierungslandschaft innerhalb der Hubers Gruppe. Die Stelle wird neu geschaffen und bietet dir die Möglichkeit, Prozesse, Standards und Technologien aktiv mitzuprägen und weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben

* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der OT-Landschaft innerhalb der Produktionswerke

* Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung der IT-/OT-Sicherheit sowie Schließung bestehender Sicherheitslücken

* Analyse und Optimierung von Produktions- und Automatisierungsprozessen

* Schaffung von Datentransparenz entlang der Produktionslinien

* Mitarbeit an zukünftigen Industrie-4.0- und Smart-Factory-Initiativen

* Unterstützung bei der Integration und Anbindung von Maschinen und Softwarelösungen

* Zusammenarbeit mit lokaler Technik, lokaler IT sowie der gruppenweiten IT

* Mitarbeit bei der Definition von OT-Standards und zukünftigen Architekturkonzepten

* Unterstützung und Koordination externer Partner und Lieferanten

* Mitgestaltung des Teams und dessen Entwicklung

Das bringst du mit

* Ausbildung im Bereich IT, Automation, Elektrotechnik oder technische Grundausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung

* Erfahrung im industriellen Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse im Bereich OT, industrielle Netzwerke oder Automatisierung

* Erfahrung mit SPS-Steuerungen von Vorteil

* Grundkenntnisse in SPS-Programmierung wie TIA Portal, Step7 oder vergleichbaren industriellen Systemen

* Erfahrung mit HMI-Systemen wie zum Beispiel WinCC von Vorteil

* Verständnis der industriellen Kommunikation über OPC

* Verständnis für Schnittstellen zwischen Produktion, OT und IT

* Teamfähige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit selbständiger Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen in die Schweiz und Deutschland

* Entsprechende Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse

Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt das Bruttojahresgehalt € 61.600, --. Überzahlung je nach konkreter Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
