Jouw rol als Packaging & Technology Engineer Als Packaging & Technology Engineer binnen het Manufacturing Science & Technology-team neem je de verantwoordelijkheid op voor verpakkings- en labelingsactiviteiten van klinische studies. Je werkt vanuit Beerse in een team van acht collega's en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en invoering van verpakkingsoplossingen binnen Clinical Supply Chain, voor diverse compounds en innovatieve therapieën zoals cel- en gentherapie.

In deze functie beheer je het traject van A tot Z. Je werkt samen met interne stakeholders, operatoren en externe partners om nieuwe verpakkingsontwerpen, materialen en processen succesvol te introduceren. Daarbij combineer je technische kennis met een projectmatige aanpak binnen een internationale en sterk gereguleerde werkomgeving.

Je verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je coördineert nieuwe verpakkingsontwerpen binnen interne en externe verpakkingsomgevingen.
  • Je implementeert nieuwe verpakkingsmaterialen, leveranciers en technische oplossingen.
  • Je zet packaging- en labelingconfiguraties voor klinische studies op en beheert deze verder.
  • Je stemt af met interne teams en externe partners om kwaliteit, compliance en timing te waarborgen.
  • Je ondersteunt validaties, kwalificaties en de implementatie van nieuwe apparatuur.
  • Je leidt of ondersteunt verbeterinitiatieven rond verpakkingsprocessen, systemen en materialen.
  • Je beheert wijzigingen, afwijkingen en technische documentatie binnen kwaliteitsprocessen.
  • Je gebruikt SAP in de dagelijkse werking. Kennis van TrackWise is een plus.

Je werkt analytisch en gestructureerd, neemt eigenaarschap op en communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders. Ook binnen complexe projecten bewaar je het overzicht.

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in Engineering, Life Sciences of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 tot 4 jaar relevante ervaring binnen packaging, manufacturing of een gereguleerde omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met verpakkingsprocessen, materialen en technische implementaties.
  • Je hebt kennis van SAP.
  • Ervaring met TrackWise is een meerwaarde.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met Clinical Supply Chain.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
