Wir freuen uns über Ihre Bewerbung als 1 Partnerassistenz (m/w/d) für unsere Kanzlei in Wien in Teilzeit ab 20 oder Vollzeit 40 Wochenstunden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Allgemeine Assistenz-/Sekretariatstätigkeiten

* Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache

* Erstellung von Präsentationen sowie Bearbeitung von Dokumenten in deutscher und englischer Sprache

* Vorbereitung der Honorarabrechnungen (Advokat), Mahnwesen

* Reisemanagement

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HBLA, ESA) von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung als Assistent_in, vorzugsweise in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei von Vorteil

* Kompetente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)

* Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, Advokat von Vorteil

Sie sind organisiert, verlässlich & genau und verfügen über ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative. Sicheres Auftreten setzen wir voraus, ebenso wie Loyalität und Durchsetzungskraft.
