Samen met het HR-team ben jij als Payroll Medewerker de stille kracht achter een correcte en tijdige loonadministratie. Jouw nauwkeurigheid en kennis van de Belgische wetgeving zorgen elke maand voor een correcte en tijdige verloning voor onze werknemers. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen van de werknemers en ondersteunt het HR-team met administratieve taken.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Je zorgt voor een maandelijkse accurate en tijdige verwerking van lonen voor de werknemers en waakt hierbij op de volledige naleving van de Belgische wet- en regelgeving. Daarbij bewaak je de juistheid van gegevens in het tijdsregistratiesysteem en signaleer je proactief fouten of onduidelijkheden.
  • Je beheert personeelsdossiers en houdt ze steeds up-to-date. Je beheert bijgevolg de volledige personeels- en loonadministratie voor: van contractopmaak, documenten inzake schorsingen tot tijdsregistratie en loonverwerking.
  • Daarnaast volg je de dossiers van A tot Z op: voorschotten, premies, afwezigheden of eindejaarpakketten zijn bij jou in betrouwbare handen.
  • Je helpt mee bij het voorbereiden van rapporten en andere belangrijke documenten.
  • Je beheerst steeds de actuele sociale wetgeving en kan deze, bij vragen van de werknemers over hun loonbrief, verloftellers, steeds geduldig overbrengen. Daarenboven bied je hen een duidelijke ondersteuning bij hun persoonlijke loonadministratie om hen hierin wegwijs te maken en ervoor te zorgen dat alles hierdoor zo vlekkeloos mogelijk verloopt.
  • Tenslotte denk je kritisch mee over hoe processen beter kunnen en werk je actief mee aan HR-projecten die het verschil maken.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in payroll en een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige kennis in HR-administratie.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de Belgische payroll- en sociale wetgeving en bent bereid deze steeds up-to-date te houden.
  • Ervaring met payrollsoftware en goede kennis van Excel vormen een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels (en soms een mondje Frans).
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en gaat steeds zeer discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • JJe bent een teamspeler met een proactieve en positieve instelling.
  • Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen cijfers, systemen en mensen.
  • Je hebt de gave om te luisteren en mensen tot rust te brengen.
  • Gevoel voor humor.
