Je zorgt ervoor dat loonruns, afdrachten en payroll-output kloppen tot achter de komma. Tegelijk kijk je continu hoe processen slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendiger kunnen worden ingericht. Binnen het servicekantoor in Houten werk je in een team dat volop in ontwikkeling is. Je krijgt veel ruimte om verbeteringen door te voeren, AFAS verder te optimaliseren en jouw expertise in te zetten bij complexe payrollvraagstukken. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Controleren en accorderen van loonruns, afdrachten en payroll-output. - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van het payrollproces. - Verbeteren, digitaliseren en borgen van payrollprocessen. - Optimaliseren van AFAS Profit Payroll, workflows en signaleringen. - Signaleren van risico's, afwijkingen en verbeterkansen. - Vertalen van cao-, fiscale en wettelijke wijzigingen naar de praktijk. - Coachen en ondersteunen van collega's bij payrollvraagstukken. - Meewerken aan projecten, implementaties en verandertrajecten. Wat breng jij mee? - HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring binnen salarisadministratie of payroll. - Ervaring met complexe payrollomgevingen en meerdere stakeholders. - Uitgebreide kennis van AFAS Profit Payroll/HRM. - Ervaring met procesverbetering, digitalisering en automatisering. - Actuele kennis van cao's, loonheffingen en relevante wet- en regelgeving. - PDL of VPS, of de bereidheid deze op korte termijn te behalen. Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Een brutosalaris tussen € 3.916,- en € 5.555,- per maand op basis van 38 uur, afhankelijk van je relevante werkervaring. - Een jaarcontract voor 36 of 38 uur per week.
