Dit betreft een functie voor 32-40 uur. Jij maakt het net innovatiever bij Alliander. Dit ga je doen De energietransitie is onmogelijk zonder jou als People & Change Manager Als People & Change Manager leid je complexe verandertrajecten binnen Operations Decision Support (ODS). Je zorgt dat veranderingen niet alleen bedacht worden, maar ook daadwerkelijk landen in de operatie. Daarbij staat de menskant altijd centraal en werk je datagedreven aan duurzame gedragsverandering. Het energienet van de toekomst maken we voor iedereen, mét iedereen. En als People & Change Manager werk jij hieraan mee. Zo ben jij bezig met het: - Ontwikkelen van een heldere veranderstrategie en meenemen van leiders en teams. - Leiden van verandering van Proof of Concept tot landelijke implementatie. - Bepalen van interventies op basis van data en inzichten. - Verankeren van gedragsverandering met de ADKAR-methodiek. - Samenwerken met stakeholders en creëren van draagvlak op alle niveaus. Jij maakt het net completer bij Alliander Wist je dat Alliander bestaat uit verschillende bedrijven die samen werken aan een betrouwbaar en toekomstbestendig energienet? Met een grote club vakmensen ontwikkelen en beheren we het energienet voor miljoenen inwoners en ondernemers in Nederland.
