Met een sterke focus op data, performance en innovatie werken we iedere dag aan de duurzame groei van onze membership business. Jouw rol als Interim Performance Marketing Manager In verband met zwangerschapsverlof zijn wij vanaf eind oktober op zoek naar een resultaatgerichte, strategisch sterke en inspirerende Interim Performance Marketing Manager (Freelance) . In deze rol geef je leiding aan drie performance marketingteams (Social advertising, CRM en Affiliate) en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de acquisitie- en retentiedoelstellingen van onze membership business. Je stuurt op de optimale inzet van een maandelijks performance marketingbudget van zo'n €3 miljoen, verdeeld over 18 landen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CCO en werkt nauw samen met onder andere Brand, Design, Data, IT en Customer Service om de klantreis, performance en merkbeleving continu te optimaliseren. In deze strategische interimrol combineer je strategie, analyse en executie en zorg je ervoor dat de performance marketingorganisatie optimaal blijft presteren. Wat ga je doen?
