Over onze klant: Voor een sterke en betrouwbare bank zoeken we iemand die het team in Wuustwezel komt versterken. De bank zet sterk in op persoonlijke begeleiding en helpt klanten hun vermogen op te bouwen en te beschermen. Men gelooft er in langdurige relaties en in advies dat vertrekt vanuit de concrete situatie van de klant. Om het team verder uit te breiden, zoeken we een Personal Banker.

Jobomschrijving

Als Personal Banker begeleid je klanten bij hun financiële beslissingen en help je hen hun doelen te realiseren. Je bouwt een sterke vertrouwensrelatie op, leert hun situatie grondig kennen en denkt actief met hen mee op lange termijn. Door marktontwikkelingen op te volgen, zorg je voor een zorgvuldige opvolging en tijdige bijsturing.

Wat doe je concreet?

  • Opvolging van beleggingen: Je volgt de beleggingen van klanten actief op en stuurt bij waar nodig om hun doelstellingen te blijven ondersteunen.
  • Marktinzicht: Je blijft op de hoogte van economische en financiële ontwikkelingen en gebruikt deze inzichten om klanten te informeren over kansen en risico's.
  • Heldere communicatie: Je legt duidelijk uit welke oplossingen beschikbaar zijn en hoe deze bijdragen aan de financiële doelstellingen van de klant.
  • Behoefteanalyse: Je analyseert de doelstellingen en financiële situatie van klanten en vertaalt deze naar passende spaar- en investeringsvoorstellen.
  • Relatieopbouw: Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten door vertrouwen te creëren en hen persoonlijk te begeleiden bij hun financiële plannen.
  • Administratieve opvolging: Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende richtlijnen en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging van de klantendossiers.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je bent klantgericht, betrouwbaar en oplossingsgericht in je aanpak.
  • Je analyseert financiële informatie vlot en kan deze op een begrijpelijke manier toelichten aan klanten.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je denkt proactief mee en zoekt steeds naar oplossingen die aansluiten bij de situatie van de klant.
